This infographic from GOOD.is shows us a brief history of sharing and collaboration. From Napster to Facebook, Zipcar to Tumblr, this infographic provides a comprehensive timeline our world and how it adopted sharing technologies, programs and initiatives. Interesting to note is that not all of the online ‘sharing’ is taking place within social networks like facebook and myspace. A number of socially and environmentally responsible organizations exist who have been able to tap into the idea of online sharing, redistribution, and re-use.
